Business teams — Support, Sales, Legal

Slack, an internal page, wherever people already work. Nobody has to know which folder it was filed in.
Each answer carries the document and the paragraph it came from. When no source is found, it says it does not know instead of inventing one.
Proposal drafts, contract review, support replies — work that means reading material, judging, and producing something.
What was read and how it was judged is kept step by step, so you can tell whether the fix belongs in the material or in the instructions.
WHAT YOU GET
No. We connect it as it is and start there. Unanswered questions collect into a list, and filling the gaps that list points to is the faster route.
It does, along with tables and scanned PDFs. Recognition quality varies with the state of the file, so we recommend checking a few of your real documents first.
The source attached to the answer opens the original text directly. A wrong source means the material is the problem; a right source with a wrong conclusion means the instructions are, and the fix goes to different places.
Bring the ten questions you get most often and we will show you those first.
