Telegram Connect

このコンテンツはまだ日本語訳がありません。

Linking Telegram connects a chat to your Schift organization and user account with a short-lived code — no bot token or developer setup on your side. That linking step is self-serve today. The org-scoped assistant experience behind it (task digests, follow-ups, and answers grounded in your buckets) is being enabled progressively across organizations, so what the bot can do for a given chat can vary while that rollout continues.

If you want a live Telegram assistant or a group-chat router active for your team right now, reach out and we’ll configure it as part of onboarding rather than waiting on the self-serve rollout.

In the console, go to Accounts/Projects (/app/console/crm) and open the Bot Connect tab. Click Get connection code — you’ll get a short code valid for about 10 minutes. You can generate a new one any time; codes are single-use.

Open the Schift Telegram bot and send:

/start <code>

before the code expires. The console shows a confirmation once the chat is linked to your organization and user.
