Pay per product: as you go, or a monthly commit plus overage

Review product rates and allowances. Managed document retrieval (RAG) costs are discussed after reviewing your data volume and usage scope.

Pricing by product

How billing works

Pay as you go
Pay for what you use. A good fit while traffic is unpredictable.
Monthly commit plus overage
Use a set monthly amount at the committed rate. Usage above it continues at the pay as you go rate. A good fit once usage is steady.

Billing FAQ

What happens when I go over my monthly commit?

Calls keep running, and usage above the commit is billed at that product's pay as you go rate. The overage rate and the pay as you go rate are the same.

Can I pick a different model for each product?

Yes. You might commit monthly on Observe and pay as you go on Structify. Usage and billing are calculated per product.

How do I start or change a monthly commit?

Monthly commits are set up and changed through a sales conversation, together with the committed amount.

Where do I check my usage?

Call GET /v1/usage/hourly with your API key for hourly usage per product and meter, and GET /v1/usage/statement for the monthly statement.

How large is the free allowance?

It depends on the product and meter, and is shown on the Free card of each product pricing page. The allowance renews every month.

How is storage measured?

As the average size of vector data retained over the month.

Common questions

How are OCR and Structify combined?

Calling Structify with a file upload adds the OCR page rate and the Structify extraction rate; the "With file upload, OCR included" value in the table is that total. Calls that pass an existing OCR result add the Structify extraction rate only.

Where do results go?

They stay as DB rows in ocr/documents, pages, blocks and structured, and you query them through the same API.
